Refund policy

ALL VINYL + MEDIA SALES ARE FINAL. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. There are a few exceptions, see below. Returns must be given express written permission. Returns made without authorization will be denied.

If you receive a record that has been damaged in shipping or is defective, please contact us immediately at goingundergroundla@gmail.com.

PLEASE NOTE: If you opt to exclude insurance from your order, Going Underground can not be held responsible for any damage caused during shipping or any packages that disappear in transit. Unfortunately, this happens every once in a while, and we ALWAYS recommend including insurance with your order!

When shipping your item back, please use USPS with tracking, UPS, or FEDEX. Going Underground is not responsible for lost packages.

Unless returning a defective item, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

We will only ship replacement items once the return has been received.

If a return is made without written authorization or does not been our return policy conditions, Going Underground reserves the right to refuse a return.
